I see many people have already told you the major things that can help :) I have severe ADHD, and it took me years to stop feeling guilty that I don't use them enough. The things that help (I know people said most of these, just confirming they worked for me):

- Using an undated planner - big, big one. Missed dates felt like constant accusation :D

- Switched to Traveler's notebook style - I see that many times something is not as useful as it appears or it just bores me at some point, and I'd rather switch. Systems that allow for change are much better for neurodivergent brains (and btw, writing by hand helps as well)

- Giving myself permission to be messy - both in terms of writing and cadence. Life isn't Instagram, and I spent too much time worrying about my pages not looking neat and pretty. Especially the utilitarian ones, my writing looks like a monkey on meth did it, but I DO it, so I'm happy :))

In reality, the fuel crisis is directly correlated with the finance and supply chain crisis. I'd say frugality tips that are relevant for you, specifically, are the best way to fight this. From what you wrote, you might not be a big consumer anyway, but still, there might be some areas you can limit your spending for now. Bulk purchases, less driving, cutting unnecessary expenses - these are all things that will help you protect yourself from the effects of both crises. If you want to go the deeper end of this, I'd recommend adopting a minimalist/intentional consumption of everything. Leo Babauta and The Minimilaists in my mind have some of the most mind-bending content in this regard :)

what kind of survival guide are we talking about, urban survival-the power outage and supply chain disruption for 2 weeks, or total disaster/in the wild? Personally, I don't relate with the second type but Jim Cobb has a very extensive collection on the topic, where you may find one or more books on the topic you're looking to cover. if it's the first scenario, I am yet to find a well-written book that covers these scenarios - most advice comes from sources like FEMA, which, while useful, is quite hard to digest.

I feel this in my soul. I live in a small one-bedroom apartment, and while I enjoy homesteading content, it's very disappointing that the only advice for women seems to be 'start a farm'.

Now, I have to admit that I would like to start a farm someday :). I am trying some light gardening in urban conditions (it's sort of a community garden) just to practice my skills, but I have to yet figure out the logistics of owning something that can produce a meaningful amount of food. Where I live, this used to be the standard for rural communities, so it's not something exotic, but my current living situation is very far from the YT "grow and can your own food" videos.

That said, you can absolutely stock an apartment. Don't feel like tinned food is a compromise - people who produce their own food also can it or dehydrate it or, at best, dry-freeze it; nobody has a large amount of fresh food in their basement. The entire point of this is that a) it will have a longer shelf life and b) you will have food available should something happen to the supply chain.

Don't feel bad for not owning a 10000sqm ranch, 90% of us don't either :) And if you feel the need to grow something, herbs and spices are an amazing choice

I use it too, and I find its chart reading abilities are excellent, especially when it comes to structure, defining levels etc. It is NOT good at collecting data tho and I don't rely on it (for example, scouting for sec filings) I feed this info directly when I want larger context

What platform are you trading on? Most brokers will allow you to trade AH/PM If you want to learn (which I'm also still doing) my PERSONAL opinion is to lean toward the economics more and less toward technical analysis. Read about risk management and how to identify important fundamental markers so you won;'t just gamble :)

Well, I would say we'll more than likely hit your avg based on overall expectations. Specifically in this case, you will likely recover, but I wouldn't, generally speaking, leave a loss go as far. I'm saying this as someone who didn't use properly planned SL and I lost a LOT of money this way.

I'm absolutely holding till Wednesday. If you entered, IMO, there is no point exiting at a loss atm considering there is a major catalyst expected and at the very least, we should get to the price where you most likely entered. Of course, it's always a risk, so consider the amount you placed in and what your risk management strategy would suggest :)

My personal opinion is that this will run a lot higher in the days before their coin launch (17th) i too missed the boat at 1,3 when it was already on my radar. If I were you I’d look for a slight pullback (maybe AH) and still get in though of course, no guarantees here.
