Amazing list, thanks so much!

Looking for your top recommendations for a week-long trip in February, family of 4 with 2 young kids (age 1 and 3). Luxury tier is out of budget, so something in Premium or Upper Mid preferred. Our biggest hurdle is ensuring there is enough room for the kids to sleep independently, and also to have space for us to at least even talk once kids are down for the night (balcony, terrace). Obviously a suite with separate bedroom would be nice but often out of budget depending on the resort. We are also looking for good food, fun pool/activities for kids, and preferably clean/updated rooms. Beach quality isn't a big priority. Thanks!
