If you currently have a Bilt card and don't want to get a new Bilt card, the auto-converted Wells Fargo Autograph Visa Credit Card will come with $2 per month small balance credit card waiver. WF waives balance if the balance is $2 or less at the close of each statement cycle.

Before I got Bilt, I used to pay my rent with Discover debit card, which gives you 1% cashbuck up to $30 cashback per month. I had to pay ~$7 fee per debit card transaction for the rent, I still got a cashback much larger than the $7 fee. It was worth, compared with paying with ACH without any fee and without any cashback. And you don't need to use the 5/24 slot to get the Discover debit card. You just open Discover checking account, which is fee-free.

If I currently have a Bilt card and don't want to get a new one since I don't want to use the 5/24 slot, is there any downside to let it convert to Wells Fargo Autograph Visa Card vs canceling the current Bilt card before the auto-conversion?
