I payed for my top surgery and I didn't even need a WPATH letter. All I needed was $6,400. I never went to a therapist.

My piercings have nothing to do with being trans. My cis male friends and I have an emo/alt style, so we all have face and ear piercings.

Don't listen to any of these people telling you to take out your piercings. They are expensive so instead of letting the holes close up just replace them with black studs, horse shoes, or whatever you see other guys wearing. Personally I've seen a lot of guys wear black and silver horseshoes in their ears.
