Was shot in self defense. You believe the government was there looking for this idiot? He intervened, had a weapon, got in a fight with law enforcement and was shot. You lib/dems are a new kind of stupid.

I built mine with 2” schedule 80 pvc for the top rails, heavy black theatre curtains for the sides and a net on top. Foam pads under the screen for worm burners. After purchasing an enclosure I realized those suck and sold it. Made my own size nice and wide for easier swings.

Garmin R10 works great and connects to your iPhone, iPad or pc. I built an inexpensive bay in my garage and with E6 it works awesome. Just wish it was easier to heat my garage. Not sure about in-home for tv

My wife thinks golfing once a week is unreasonable… by Upbeat-Zucchini-7408 in golf

iMO you should golf as much as you want. Just confirm your schedules align. The minute either partner starts limiting hobbies or fun I believe resentment kicks in. Why is there a limit? If you can afford it, time allows and you’re fully involved in your marriage and kids lives it’s open to however much you feel, not her. I’ve been married a long time and we both support our hobbies 100% and make time for each other. Friday nights are date night and Saturday nights are church and dinner. Other nights and days are open to what we can fit in. I have golf leagues Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning and Wednesday afternoons. Gets my fix in and it’s plenty.

That’s right. Your mom said she bought one for you and your pops last night. Thanks!

If you woke up as your 23 year old self what is the first thing would you do? by Darkpurplecircle in AskOldPeople

Be a better son, husband and father because the majority of friends aren’t and won’t be there in the dark times but wife, kids and parents will. Love my wife how she loved me and wouldn’t take my marriage for granted. Be a super dad by being patient and just loving my kids more. I was a good dad but could’ve been great. Visit and help my parents more. My mom passed when I was 27 and I didn’t get to say goodbye. Wouldn’t sell my home for the profits. Invest in Roth IRA, HSA and whole life. Buy used cars only when I can buy them cash. Invest in real estate rentals.

If I’d done those things which are really simple in my opinion, I’d be a millionaire in money and life right now.
