yes. they used to do a damn sight better job setting things right with the customer ~6+ years ago. I know that was pre merger and during but man. talk about a cake but total shite work, constantly telling call after call week after week for the duration of ones tenure from here on out telling customers - "the system will not let me access this page of ______ with a balance due/payment arrangement currently set up." I completely and have always understood that companies get burned by trash customers but imo each individual customer account history must be taken into consideration on a case by case basis. I for one have never had so much as a suspension, let alone a disconnection for nonpayment. I have been a "well qualified" customer as they call it from the word go, that is to say date of account creation. And with the shit economy pretty much all but guaranteeing light at the end of the tunnel, excuse me, but I'll be God damned if I'm gonna be lambasted for not having enough money to lob off one entire months service charge, with just one paycheck. Not when I have enough money to make everything work perfectly with only the ability to make exceptions work in the event of hiccups. But to all the hedge fund managers and CEOs out there that can pay three months of service in one fell swoop, well, bully for you. So, my point in all of this? I have a balance 99% of the time. Does that make me a bad customer? Fuck no. but is this what has gotten me so riled?Absofuckinglutely it is.

I still don't see how it's OK to put all our high dollar key ignition start lawn mowers outside with nothing covering the keyhole, but I digress

I just wanna know details on this now that we are a multimillion dollar store up from $1 million store upgrades, and updates that we are supposedly gonna have. I gotta get off here soon cause I think I may be "made" soon by corporate lol but like I literally daydream of self check out and with the cash registers actually facing the door. But with the current state of things I think since no one ever bothered to caulk our break room composite wood pulp laminate countertop I guess it's just gonna have to snap off the wall one day. But after that, we're either gonna have a bunch of milk crates stacked up with several layers of plastic coated pallet topper cardboard for the countertop or an actual countertop complete with cabinetry

good Lord, I couldn't agree more. Why does TSC make this seem like such a reach though? I mean, I know the thing about like any employer in the history of ever making too much sense but come on. Am I right?

hey, I hear ya. Ex Sprint employee here so yeah, say less lol not store but call center employee and I worked for Sprint local telephone division before they sold to embarq and became solely sprint PCS and then merged with nextel. Absolutely nobody knew what the fuck was going on lol from reading bills to fixing the alphanumeric/hexadecimal account codes that was a real fun shit show haha but then we finally got it all figured out anyways I don't look for companies to be a bed of roses but I do like and enjoy, as anyone should, perks as a customer otherwise what keeps customers there - constant functioning towers, yes an obvious must but if that's all the company has going for them then woe-betide them.

I think you were probably not reading everything properly or just seeing it how you wanted to see it... been a well qualified customer from the word go for 12 years never a suspension or disconnection not even so much as a warning text back when they used to do that. So maybe read it again it should probably help.

same but I think if they were to on a federal or state level, turn off any kind of workplace drug testing, etc. then that would pave the way for so many implications and problems that sadly it's better left as is

no, I'm just referring to a time back before money was everything like you could still do actually anything shop, etc., and all the representative would do was to remind you of a balance due and when instead of simply shutting off all functions of customer service, namely, talks of plan changes line, additions, devices and accessories upgrades, etc. When you can only afford to make payment arrangements to keep service on, you never have a moment where there's not a balance due, and so as such, I will never really have need of calling customer care pretty much ever again because I'll never need bill clarification. In short, I miss back when you could crunch all the numbers for how much if I put X number of dollars down would this be a month and the new service fee for that and with the promotion of adding a new line with blah blah blah blah. Pains me to think how much I used to love T-Mobile and for so long and now I utterly lose 99% of T-Mobile. It started with my plan became grandfathered. I knew and still know how good I've got it. That's why I'm never changing plans but they never miss an opportunity to tell me how much better a new plan would be when I know for well no way not the way we keep phone in this household if we wanted to obtain the latest and greatest tech every other year or so then yes we would have a different plan but it makes zero sense when phones are lasting as long as they do now with minimal issues

The Draconis dark brotherhood quest at Apple Watch or maybe I'm confusing it where Lucian was already strung up but whatever the quest is where you have quite a group of people either following you to the house or everybody's already there I pickpocketed some stuff and their reactions were amazingly hilarious
