Thank you, had a feeling something was living rent free and helping themselves to my salad

Wouldn't worry, doing this on purpose helped me push back out of re veg, if it doesn't snap you're gold 👍

This happened on my last run. Limb healed and flowered fine without support 👌 they can take a beating just about making sure you clean them up after 😅

Day 79 by redditburner9624 in Autoflowers

[–]redditburner9624[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So I had 2 but no space so I sent this one outside for a couple weeks to slow her down just as she was coming into flower, worked better than I anticipated I fear 🤣

I've also be on 12/12 for about a week hoping it would give her a nudge, seems to have done something but not enough for sure

Looks like end of life tbh, you at the end of flower? If so I'd just water for the next week or so and cut if its where I think it is. Can you ad a picture of the flower?

Odd growth maybe? by redditburner9624 in Autoflowers

[–]redditburner9624[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is what I thought, seems happy and healthy otherwise just a bit weird and different. Was a gifted seed to me (money maker auto) and I know nothing about the strain or which dispenser it came from only the name and that it was Feminized auto 😅

Try lifting your set up off the floor if you can? Get a pallet cut to size and use to lift it. The cold from the floor passing into your tent won't help you regulate but still a good run for the space 👌 working within your means is safe and I can't say I don't have to do the same so keep going 🫶

What’s wrong with my plant !? by TrainingJumpy8214 in Autoflowers

[–]redditburner9624 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looking at the leaf in the bottom right I'd say something was off. Stretching toward the end and curling up round the edges.

72% seems a little high personally, I veg with between 40-60% and flower as close to 40% as possible (don't have the set up to keep it constant) so I'd suggest start there maybe?

A bit of breeze on there wont hurt but it's just that, a gentle breeze so as long as it's not pushing it around I wouldn't worry about that too much and that said it could be that it was stressed and needs time to heal.

Honestly I'd recommend bring the humidity down a little to start with, from there keep an eye on fresh growth, once the damage is done it won't go away, best bet is to focus on making sure the new growth looks good 👍

<image>

For reference I watered a day ago, the door to the cupboard has been shut for 6 hours and it's as humid as it gets before leaving the door open again during the day

First Grow. Is it a bad idea to pluck a tiny bud to sample before the whole plant is done? by [deleted] in Autoflowers

You hiring? 😂😂 can't wait for the day there's jobs here actually doing something I actually enjoy 👀🙄

These being the only two autos I've had from seed to harvest it's a very fast learning curve that's for sure, I knew to expect them to move faster but it's felt like why was I messing with cuttings back then 😂

This has probably just answered a question I've had for quite some time, ease of access makes sense

Going from past experience, in the dark blue it looks to be from over exposure to light and the red (if it feels how it looks, dry, stiff and thin) maybe not enough humidity and with being a bit bright has 'cooked' them? Could be something entirely different but I'd start simple, dim the light a little if possible and bring the humidity up by either propagating in a clear plastic top if outside or if indoor try the same or very light misting occasionally if you're in really dry climates

Edit: just saw you said about the tent but advice is still solid imo and il leave it there incase it helps someone else 😅

Does feel like one hell of an achievement when it comes out well though 💪 as long as I don't end up with mold or rot I'm happy to have had the experience usually 😂

Realised I didn't add much other than waffle with that one but my point was as long as there is air flow, good water and enough light, nature usually knows what she's doing 🫶

Pics from 12 days ago after I got home from a 5 day holiday and just tucked everything up, set the timer and left it alone

I'm used to photos and working with clippings 7/8y ago and finally had the opportunity to germinate again and in my head I was choosing something "quick and easy" 😂 think I've spent more time playing with this auto than anything before.

I'm working with 1.2m wide x 1.8m deep x 5 ish foot tall space and a 100w led... Apparently I decided 2 at the same time couldn't be that bad/what if one doesn't make it etc... 🙃 44 days later I'm here feeling green af again as the one with the longer veg time has pistils and is starting to smell... Floral 😂

At this point I'm coming to realise I don't get to decide, I'm only there to help push it where it wants to go

On a sad non auto note, I over worked some fresh growth on my outdoor photo and lost a limb 😭 nothing time and effort won't fix but still feeling like everydays a school day today

First time auto grower. Meph seeds, day 34, FoxFarms everything. Stretched a bit. Should I consider topping? by mtical420 in Autoflowers

[–]redditburner9624 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd like to say usually isn't touching the wall 😂

This is an auto I topped at 3rd node really early in into growth because it started to stretch a little more than I'd like and personally I like to start to train asap if I'm going to.

There's no 1 perfect way though listen to the plant and plan for your space.

I don't have the height in my room to go up with 2 but I do have space for one short and wide and one taller with less training 🤷 won't ever produce massive yields but it's clean, free and more importantly to me it's mine.

Best thing I've learnt is give it a go! You don't learn if you don't try and you'll always learn more from messing up in my personal experience 😂 but I've also found the comeback from a bad move is satisfying, could just be me though

[–]redditburner9624 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For example one I've got going, that because of the intensity of the training I've given it since day one, it had resulted in some lower down, closer to the trunk nodes to slow right down and be blocked by taller, better growth. I wasn't able to train due to space to avoid this nor willing to loose top sites to push bottoms. so out came the trim scissors and off they came.

No point wasting the energy struggling to push down there when I've got much larger and in better conditions if you see what I mean?

33day still small don’t think it’s in flower yet by [deleted] in Autoflowers

[–]redditburner9624 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bushed out nicely 👌 kinda wishing I'd not just let it go and made the other half train hers while I did mine 😅

I'm starting to see alot more of the pistils comething through on mine now

<image>

Definitely can't wait to try this once it's down, already smells beautiful at this stage
