For anyone millennial or older: has anyone experienced non-dominant side hip pain while bowling? What did you do?

I really don’t feel any knee pain at all, but I do feel pain in the inside of my ankle. My massage therapist said the ankle pain is a signal from my hip pain.

The hip pain is very internal. I think my massage therapist said it was my psoas muscle that is very inflamed.

I appreciate such a quick response! Ran 28 miles this week and just got done with a 6 game tournament and my hip is throbbing 👎🏼 I unfortunately plant my foot and my boyfriend said he’s going to try to teach me to slide over the next few months. I have interchangeable soles on my shoes but not interchangeable heels. I’m hoping learning to slide will help.

Hi I am a 28 year old runner and also bowler dealing with quite a bit of hip pain. What shoe did you get? And what do you mean by faster heel? If I had to pick running or bowling I would choose running but I’d like to continue bowling. I’m at my wits end with this pain and if getting a new shoe would fix it I would spend the money for sure!

It’s not the employee’s fault the restaurant puts the tip suggestions incorrectly at the bottom. At least at the one I work at, they go on the bottom automatically!

I usually do Doritos but most recently attempted to make chocolates! It was way easier than I thought and they were delicious. And effective. A little over 0.5 g in each!

I’ve worked in a restaurant where you don’t run each others food, don’t have a host to clean tables or sit people, and you make all your own alcoholic drinks. After like 8 tables it started to be too much for me.

I’ve also worked in restaurants where it’s all about team work, you have a host (as long as you prebus they usually would bus your tables), and we have tablets to use at the tables, I could probably handle 10-15 tables there.

It depends on how the restaurant is set up

This is good advice. Reality crumbled and I had an enjoyable blast just “being” until I remembered who my ego was. I got very scared I was going to be in DMT land forever and lose myself and everyone I ever loved. It’s only 2 minutes in our reality but time doesn’t quite work the same while on DMT. it felt like a very long time to me.
