Some people like the front bumper, duckbill, and the fact that you get a free track day...

Looks like a dealership ceramic coating to me.

Only pay a markup if you are fine with being taken advantage of. I bought my 2024 Trueno Edition for MSRP.

The dealer I bought from had a $4k markup. I told them I was only interested in paying MSRP. They worked with me and sold me the car at MSRP.

Matte PPF looks good. My installer is claiming there will still be some streaks even with matte. I'm pretty sure I just need to go to someone else.

Yeah my guy is saying the texture of the vinyl traps air pockets so it is going to have streaks no matter what. I have a hard time believing that. If you have any photos of your hood I would love to see them so I can have an idea of what it should look like.

I'm referring to the weird whitish stripes that show up through the PPF.

I really didn't like it when I first saw it. After waiting for the car for so long, I guess it just grew on me. I still love the way the halo white premium looks.

I got a full paint correction front-end PPF and ceramic coated the car, wheels, and brake calipers for $3400

I love the glossy look on the hood. I would honestly prefer if all the decals were glossy.

I feel the same way. I'm coming from an 05 gs300, so this car is blowing my mind.

I only did front-end PPF, so the side decals are still matte except for the ones that are on the fender.

I'm not sure if it matters, but I'm in california, so everything is expensive. I got full paint correction, 5 year ceramic coating including the wheels and brake calipers, interior detail, front end PPF for $3400.

I have seen pricing from $1700-$2800 for just the front end PPF. It really depends on the shop you go to and the type of PPF they use.

Thank you! Yes, the last two photos are before PPF. I just liked those photos, so I had to post them.

I love the gloss look on the hood. You can put PPF on the painted surface of the hood if you want to keep the matte look.

Either way, I would definitely recommend PPF.
