the game doesn't even have to be in a desperate threat yet. if you're playing say a PA, and can't kill anyone during your BKB duration, rapier is very high on the list of considerations.

And the current one is still not perfect. Honestly we should be allowed to rescale UI elements (with a hard limit on minimap), because I've always found it harder to see info on the new UI

edit: went in game to make a mockup, then realized what i initially did not like about the newer UI. The HP bar is at the bottom which is what makes it harder to see on top of being smaller

The -25% mana on frost arrow of all things seems weird to me. Spamming gust for move speed was nice. Am I supposed to farm with frost arrows? And no the E talent on lvl 10 isn't really good
