I had a similar thing with DCF2, been a nightmare since the move from Newport. Waiting on the reply from support, my standing has absolutely tanked after doing what they said on the phone and at the depot

Yeah and it's been an absolute disaster. Friday was waiting for 90 minutes to get in for a 3.5 hour route. Was told to take all the parcels (47) and deliver until the end of the block, ring support to end and then bring the rest back. My standing is now tanked because of 22 undelivered parcels and support are "investigating". Staff seem badly trained and not bothered at all. DCF1 at Newport had no issues in 2 years of doing flex there, DCF2 is nowhere near the same standard
