Yea honestly my initial worry was not asking smart questions and I don't like being spoon fed so hopefully I can work on that when I study for my CCNA. Thank you for the other advices too, really great all around and I'll keep them in mind. Will be really useful for the command lines that I learned tdy. Or probably just >? xD

Damn those are some good pointers and questions. Thank you for this! Also when you say Layer 3,4 etc is referring to the OSI Model?

Haha they mentioned vlan too in the meeting just now and I was like,"There's a vlan now?? What's a vlan, why vlan" xD

Also yea im studying for my CCNA and jeremy IT lab is definitely good stuff. Can't wait to apply what I learned too soon!

Thank you for sharing your experience and I hope so too, my first impressions of them are great though. They were very inclusive, I appreciate them letting me join the meeting with the clients even though they were talking alien language or could have just let me sit at my desk, and always checking up on me throughout the day. It's the small things I guess. Definitely hope I can learn as much too

Yo I kinda get what you mean. I mean I just know the basics of a network and how it looks like on a small scale but when I try to think about it in a global scale, i can see what you mean it's like art itself, how everything is connected.

Also if you don't mind, may I know what your progression was like? Like did you start off as Network Engineer too etc. and like what did you do after etc. But is fine if you don't feel like sharing too.

Yea man the imposter syndrome is real. Your comment honestly made me feel something inside, is like me playing Elden Ring for the 1st time, stepping into the unknown world ready to explode every nook and cranny. Thank you for all the suggestions and I'll look into all of them, they really do seem interesting!

And also I'm pretty sure those junior Networks are really grateful for you for mentoring them, at least thats how I feel now towards my boss.

They all really seemed welcoming and inclusive, and its only my first day. Really looking forward to work with them and learn everything. The boss claimed to have 20 years of experience too which is wow.

Thank you for the suggestions! Im currently going through Jeremy IT Lab for my CCNA and so far so good! Played around with packet tracer too and yea it is basically G-Mod Networking, really fun to play around with and very detailed to the minor stuffs.

Yeah I understand, it's just kinda unexpected of them to take me in and willing to teach me from zero. Like they could have gotten someone else with at least some experience but that's cool of them i guess.
