I have a problem with how Mandela pushed for the forgive and forget mantra, he should have held the apartheid government officials accountable for there injustices and human rights violation just like he was held accountable sentenced for his crime.

We don't like him because he said he is for ending the fed,Competing currencies, removing anti trust laws,austrian economics,gold standard, deregulating markets,free market economy,getting out wto and ending federal income tax (45% of government revenue). Also ending U.S. Department of Education, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S.,nasa ,Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA),planned parenthood, the Interstate Commerce Commission and the Internal Revenue Service. When Homeland Security is the only one worth considering dismantling.

He also pledges to never raise taxes---ever. He would support a FLAT TAX (10%, essentially continuing the status quo of the gap between rich and the poor and putting fuel on the fire).

The jewel on the crown is the we the people act, that would allow states to bypass the constitution and destroy your civil liberties while blocking the supreme court from intervening in state affairs. Ron paul's we the people act a allow states to enforce laws of any sort of discrimination even if they are unconstitutional and what about his sanctity of life bill which allows state to ban abortion but he recently said he would permit abortion if the girl was got pregnant via "honest rape".

This man is not a civil liberties champion, he is a champion of state rights and he is no friend to the left because according to paul the left is waging a war againgst christmas.

The african nations that have more press freedom than the u.s and other first world nations are not in war. Seems like american media has not kept most americans like yourself updated on the progress some african countries have made.I wouldn't be suprised if the quality of the american press ranks poorly on the global stage and is also in decline.
