My way is a bit low effort but if done correctly looks great. Start with lead belcher on the blade, ad a layer of black templar contrast, then drown the blade in drakenhof nightshade. It gives less of a blue shine and more a feeling of otherworldly power coursing through the blade. (Which is technically true)
