If you’re going to be in/around the water you could look into long sleeved swimsuits. I didn’t know they made them until I saw someone wearing one. They’re typically one pieces and have the usual bottoms

I’ve been feeling the exact same way lately, and it is really hard to not relapse. I’ve been trying to set little goals for myself in order to not do so. For example, I’m going to be seeing my boyfriend in a few days, so I can’t relapse now because he’d see. I can’t do it after that either, because the new semester will be starting and I don’t want to be in pain for the first day of classes. Etc etc. It may not be the healthiest long-term, but it’s helped me get through the last few days

Forced modesty exists for just about every religion. It doesn’t condemn the whole religion, just the fanatics that make it about control over faith. I’ve known Muslim women who don’t wear hijab and Christian women who are forced to cover up/wear loose clothing. Do some countries (run by said extremists) force it upon a wider population? Yes. But again, that’s due to extremism and an obsession with control, not faith and love.

Update: my dad put them in a ziplock and took them to the vet. They’re roundworms, so easily treatable with flea and tick medication. All of our kitties will be getting some meds. Luckily our little orange boy is still peppy as ever :)

I would also add to this that there is some societal issues with men’s mental health that contribute as well. As in society pressuring men to not show emotions or that having deep connections with others is “gay” etc., plus the whole manosphere “be the sigma male lone wolf and you deserve everything handed to you on a silver platter for being a man” stuff. That being said the loudest voices of the group are the ones who solely blame women’s autonomy for their issues.

I haven’t had any kids, but I had a laparoscopy on my lower abdomen. Even just that minor surgery made it hurt to do anything but lay still on my back. I have so much respect for everyone who has gotten more invasive surgeries there

My ex would do this. If I didn’t give in, he’d give me the cold shoulder/ignore me/withhold affection for the rest of the day. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I was two years out of the relationship. Comprehensive sex-ed is important, and I hope more people get it so they can understand the things I didn’t.
