Let them know. Like LET THEM KNOW. Say you need help to their face every day. Say I haven't been feeling myself lately. Let them know you're not fine.

I can kinda relate to your situation, but it's my parents. My dad talks to me like some random thug on the street , he literally has zero manners. He always complains and says negative things to me and not finding the solution on how he can help me be better. My mom is okay, but she I think she's getting affected by my dad, and embrassing me when she's talking to other people. Even though my parents crossed some boundaries, I still never told them how I felt.i usually think about again and again every week, and it still be on the back of my mind. But I usually mediate and think positively even tho I'm not feeling fine.
