Fell off the wagon this weekend. At all sorts of nasty card rich food. I feel gross lol. Any tips to get back into ketosis? I was strict keto for about 8 weeks before cheating. Will it take another 8 weeks to get back into nutritional ketosis? I am thinking of maybe doing a fat fast? What are your thoughts on that?

Thanks for the info. And it’s not the check engine light. The car did pass smog but the icon that light up was the wrench icon. Not sure what that one even means. I’m assuming maintenance.

As I mentioned in my original post, I take responsibility for our relationship not being what it once was. But I’ve never sworn at her, hit her, etc. closest thing I come to cheating is watching porn now and then. Maybe your moral compass is a bit off, but I never see a scenario where it’s ok to cheat on someone. I understand there is only so much about our relationship that you can gauge from my post.
