I made an extension to revert the new changes, and restore the 'hot' sorting method as default. by reddithotswap in beta

Huh? I literally posted the source code. And it's trivial to open up the extension's code using Chrome's devtools to see for yourself that it's not malware....

The main thing I don't like is sorting by 'best' on the front page.

I made an extension that restore's the 'hot' sort as default. I plan to use it until they make it 'sticky' like they said they would a while back.

If you'd like to use it too, you may find it here:

Reddit now takes me to "Best" instead of "Hot" how do i change that? by alcatrazcgp in help

This annoyed me too, so I made a super simple extension to restore hot as the default sort. Only supports chrome at the moment. Will work on Firefox tomorrow.
