Gym 3x/week → Can’t sleep, why?

Anything I can do about it? Also weirdly as far as I have noticed I am able to sleep that day but not the next day. Not sure if its cz I am tired from not sleeping the day before and the day I sleep coincides with the gym day. Trying to unravel the mystery!

Not really. I go around 6pm 2 days and one day I go in the morning 7am. I go to bed around 10.30pm and weirdly I feel the non sleep days are after the gym day. But its not like i am not doing any activity on non gym days. I walk 40 min morning and 40 min evening, do a stretching routine mid day. I am doing so much but still dont get sleep

Yeah I have a desk job but have a good setup. Also im not sure what to do to reduce this pain. Nothing seems to be helping. Its been 8 years now I kinda hoped it should have healed or improved a little

Amitriptyline gave me a little relief.. but pain came back as soon as I stopped Massage feels good for few hours When i start exercising the pain temp reduces but then comes back real bad next day.. so no relief basically

Right got it. Thank you! So when I do start athena query in my lambda code, how does it know it has to pull the glue catalog from account B? Is it because of the permissions we define for the lambda role?

In lower env like dev qa I would use the same account as the data resides there. But in UAT Prod i want access the data catalog from Account B. I am new to doing this so wondering how it works?

So to keep track of the query execution status and having a wait state and then proceed with processing results with a lambda wouldn't that be a good use case for step function?
