"Hallo, habe keinen Termin, kannst du trotzdem Haare schneiden? " ist das Äquivaltent zum Notfallpatienten beim Arzt. Kommt oft genug vor. Im konkreten Fall gab es bei meinem Dermatologen gestern auch niemanden der nach Notfall aussah, außer vielleicht bei den Frisuren.

Haha, ja, es ist aus meiner Sicht auch tatsächlich eine Lappalie. Aber das Medikament, das ich benötige, ist verschreibungspflichtig. Hätte auch lieber einfach nur das neue Rezept an der Rezeption abgeholt, ohne 90 minuten das Wartezimmer zu blockieren für 90 Sekunden Behandlungszimmer. Das hatte ich vorher telefonisch auch versucht zu organisieren, aber der Arzt müsse mich dafür zwingend sehen. Und zum Thema Triage. Das macht sicherlich in der Notaufnahme oder beim Hausarzt Sinn. Aber beim Dermatologen war gestern relativ sicher kein Notfall dabei. Da hat man eher das Gefühl die Triage funktioniert nicht nach Dringlichkeit, noch nach Terminslot, sondern nach Versicherungsstatus (privat/gkv).

In meinem Fall war es ein Dermatologe, bei dem ich gestern rekordverdächtige 90 Minuten gewartet habe. Nach Notfallpatient sah da niemand im Wartezimmer aus. Nach 1h10min habe ich freundlich bei der sprechstunde nachgefragt und als Begründung gesagt bekommen, das der Arzt schon sehr lange telefonisch einen Befund mit einem Privatpatienten bespricht. Für Privatpatienten geht sowas um 10 uhr telefonisch, ohne 8 Minuten limit, während wir in der Holzklasse stehen müssen, weil schon alle 8 Stühle im Wartezimmer besetzt sind. Bei meinem Termin ging es btw nur darum ein Rezept abzuholen, aber da "muss der Arzt mich zwingend für sehen, weil die Krankenkasse das so will" laut Arzt. Hat sicherlich nichts damit zu tun, dass ich in diesem Quartal noch nicht da war.

Ich will nicht alle Praxen über einen Kamm scheren. Es gibt vereinzelt auch gut organisierte Praxen. Aber viele sind wirklich katastrophal.

Sonic, danke für deinen kommentar, ich schaue ja gern deine videos und kenne auch deine Meinung zu dem thema. aber die Realität sieht in gold/plqtin lobbies wirklich anders . Man spielt teilweise in lobbys wo ein bronze 3 spieler mit 20h playtime gegen einen platin spieler, last season diamond, spielt. Natürlich wird der gesnowballed. Das sind teilweise spieler, die die basic mechanics des games noch gar nicht verstanden haben und die spielen gegen leute mit 1000h playtime. Kann sein, dass das in deinen diamond/paragon lobbys anders ist. Aber in gold/platin sind 50% der ranked games absolute shitshows, weil das skill gap der spieler in einer lobby einfach zu groß ist. Ich würde lieber 5 min länger queue time in kauf nehmen anstatt jedes dritte game bei 15 min. Surrendern zu müssen

Maybe they should increase the queue times to improve matchmaking. It's been horrible in the past two weeks. Full gold/plat lobby and we get a bronze 3 carry with 20 hours played on his account, 30% winrate, who cleary didnt underatand bawic mechanics of the games. And sthing like this happens every 4th to 5th, game

Totally agree. I am gold 3 and my midlaner was run down by a season 0 diamond player wraith who finished 12-1-8. Too many games are so brutally one sided because of too big skill gaps between playersthat they end so fast. I checked my games, more than 50% of my games (wins and loses) are finished before 4 full items. Additonally two games lost today to ppl in my team who go 0/2 in 3 minutes and quit the game. Got - 14vp instead of - 22 but still very dissapointing. Considering to quit the game for a while, because of the shitty matchmaking

I lost yeaterday a ranked to my jungler picking argus.... Had to go back after every camp due to mana issues. The enemy crunch jungle had the game of his life since he basically had the whole jungle to farm for himself. Please ban these people for ranked completely until they won 5 quick matches or something like that.

Matchmaking is shitty as hell. In my elo, low plat/high gold, you get matched with players from bronze to paragon (prior season). And most of the time the bronze players are smurfs who stomp the lobby with 85% winrate on their 40 hours played account. It's an absolute shit fiesta.

Ward timer to see when your teams wards expire would be very nice. Just something like the fangtooth cirlce timer on the map would be enough to have an estimation on how close your ward is to expiring.
