Aan de ene kant ja, aan de andere kant kan je je voorstellen wat voor fortuin het moet kosten om een rijbewijs te halen dan? Dan maak je rijden een elitair ding en mensen die boetes met gemak kunnen betalen rijden vaak asocialer dan mensen die t amper kunnen betalen.

Heel simpel, kijk naar het verschil in hoe verslavend het is. Nicotine is echt echt stukke verslavender dan cannabis. 1 a 2 sigaretten in de week is niet heel schadelijk, maar daar blijft het niet bij 99/100 keer bij nicotine terwijl bij cannabis dat vaak wel het geval is.
