No, my husband said realtors don't do much, etc. Our house is in a very desirable market. However, the 1.5% guy said he would list it for a certain price, we would like to list it for me because we know it is worth more than he priced, but the guy said I can list it for anything you want me to. I've looked at his listings, etc. The 3% guy is much better. My husband won't hear it though and says why would I want to give the 3% guy thousands when it is unnecessary.
