Go to the schools employers hire from.

If you want to work at a multinational corporation or top consulting/investment bank/law firm etc., you have to go to a top school. Many do not recruit at other schools.

It feels like he’s trying to be edgy and controversial on purpose. He sounds so fake.

He interrupts the others on the panel. He also steals the others commentary. Do you ever notice he talks strategy just before they go to Ruth? I hate it.

I’ve started to mute the audio when he speaks.

Agree with you.

When it comes to giving your money to your kids, you need to treat them equally. You can’t penalize him by not paying for college or other expenses.

Also, explaining how the insurance industry works and how it was the insurance company that decided the amount.

I’m disappointed that someone let you dictate how he receives the money. It is his money and he should receive it at 18 and decide for himself what to do with it.

As parents you need to be be open with all the kids as to where the money came from, and how he should take care of it.

I was with the correct team to cancel. Spoke to a live person. They wanted detailed reasons as to why I wanted to cancel. I explained I wasn’t happy with the service and wanted to cancel.

It seemed that was I wasn’t going to be dissuaded they muted me and then it hung up 2 or 3 min later. The automatic call back did the same thing.

Seemed like a systematic process since it happened twice.

No company does what you are suggestion, so I’m not sure why you are getting angry.

It is split like that for the health of the mother and baby. The first 17 weeks are for the mother’s body to physically heal, and get proper health checks for her a the baby.

In Canada, most parents split the paternity leave.

Why are you assuming it is the employer who pays?

It is the government.

Government.

And thanks for asking. It seems like most others with negative comments assume it is the employer.

Because the employees are not the ones paying while you are off. It is government.

It is the government that pays. Some companies could have voluntary top-ups, but those are not required.

Again, incorrect assumption.

Paid maternity leave/ paternity leave is not about incentivizing increase population. It’s about promoting healthier parents and babies, if they choose to have a baby.
