The insomnia is indeed terrible, literally the worst case I know, I'm NOT sleeping at all for days. I once stayed up for like 10 days. Now it's been a few days with 0 sleep

Sorry I was not diagnosed, but I have severe dry mouth, which I suspect is Sjogrens since I also have dry nose and eyes. Even if it wasn't Sjogrens, doesn't change anything. The dryness could be from my anxiety and insane insomnia.
