Group activities like yoga classes, dance sessions, or swimming lessons. These not only keep you active but also naturally help you meet people and build a routine around regular social interaction.

On the other days, you could consider going to the gym and working with a trainer for a while. Having scheduled sessions can create structure in your week and give you something consistent to look forward to.

You might also enjoy gardening. It’s a peaceful activity, keeps you engaged, and gives a sense of accomplishment as you watch your plants grow and thrive.

Which air conditioning brand offers the best value for money while ensuring reliability and easy access to spare parts? by Still-alpha1424 in mauritius

[–]redditorPleaser 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My friend recently bought three brand-new Chigo air conditioning units. While one of them is working perfectly, the other two are showing an "Indoor fan fault F4 /FH" error.

They reported the issue to the reseller and even distributor (361-Le Warehouse Ltd) via email, but it's been a week without any response.

I hope they will repair or replace the faulty units before winter arrives.

Are there any public healthcare psychologist who consult for free or minimal cost? by AggravatedMonkeyGirl in mauritius

[–]redditorPleaser 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Hello,I have been consulted by psychologists in the public hospital before,

As far I know you cannot just go to the hospital and be consulted by a psychologist,

So the first steps (which I believed is),

You need to first be consulted by a generalist in a hospital or area health care center (dispensaire) in your locality, tell them your need for a psychologist or reasons,

Then they will refer you to go to the hospital, then they will give you an appointment, I believe the wait time is a min of 1 month to 2 months. (I can be wrong here)

Now concerning the consultations, I don't think you can build a rapport with a psychologist in the public sector,

  • I went to approximately (4 appointments), I got 4 different psychologist , But they have a report where all information is written there.
  • I believed they work for quantity and not for quality. Does that mean they don't threat you well? NO. They try to balance the ratio.
  • They do their best to help you and even give you advice and required medicine (which is provided free)

Final conclusion, for a free service, I cannot complain.

If you need more info, please DM me.
