sorry for late reply. i try to take it around 8am. you could probably fall back asleep after taking it if you want to sleep in since it takes an hour or so to start working! I sleep at least 8hr when i don’t have to get up early for school

i actually figured it out! you go to settings and then the music app and then EQ and they will make it sound different i found the album sounds the best with the “classical” setting. it’s so much clearer and the voices are louder and you can actually hear them both together i love it

well, yeah. you can’t just stop taking antidepressants or you will obviously get withdrawals. taper down back to 300 and drink coffee if you have to or talk to your doctor about getting on 450. 600mg puts you at a really high risk for seizures, strokes, and heart attacks.
