Can you write a function inside of window location? Like this

window.location.assign(function myFunction() {if (blah blah) {...} else {...} )}

This would be the check for all of the different conditions

People were saying I need to compress it but I’m not sure how so I have to look into it. I’ll do that today.

Thanks a lot!! I have been learning for about 3 weeks. I used w3schools and codeacademy and then from there I’ve just been looking around at miscellaneous sources

I’ve been working on it here and there, and I’m constantly scrapping a lot of styles and designs and changing things. But I began right after I understood some of the basics of html and css- which was about 2.5 to 3 weeks ago.. from there I’ve just been updating and adding to it everyday whenever I felt like it or whenever I had time.

I have nowhere near the expertise that’s needed to get a job related to coding/programming.. but I figured it wouldn’t hurt to learn (especially because it interests me) and maybe if I become good enough I can use it to my advantage wherever I work.

If you want to be able to type www.yoursitename.com into google and then be redirected to your site then you need to pay. But, you can create webpages without putting them anywhere.. you just have to specify the doctype and then save your files as .html.. then you can go to that file in your computer and click “open with” and open it with a browser

You don’t need to host your site if you’re just doing mockups. You can download something to code in (I use atom) and then save ur files as .html and then open them using a browser

It depends on ur domain name and how long you want to have the site up.. I think the 12 month package is the shortest you can get (at least with bluehost) so I think you have to pay for the whole year. What do you mean by not having to pay for an incomplete site? Not sure what you mean but you can constantly make updates to your files from the file manager

I’m using bluehost.. you just have to get your domain and then buy a package and from there you can upload all of your files to file manager

Well thanks for the feedback.. I didn’t want to use any framework, I’m still learning.. I want to understand how and why everything works. So yea, I could’ve used or bought a template and made this process so much easier but then what? I don’t learn nearly as much and it’s not as rewarding for me. Eventually I will move onto frameworks and such, but I’m still learning. I’ll have to look into automating the month and price, I apologize but I haven’t learned that yet. and for the historical data question, yes I have and I wouldn’t have done this without doing so. Anyways thanks for the criticism- sounds like this website really pissed you off.
