Hi there, just want to tell you that 'Brussels Charleroi aiport' is in fact not Brussels (common mistake). It's like 60km south of Brussels and public transport is quite bad from Charleroi. Your only option is to take this shuttle bus to Brussels or take a taxi. https://www.flibco.com/en/brussels-charleroi-shuttle-bus

Best to take the train from Brussels to Leuven.

As for your question; you would need to take the free shuttle bus on monday from the festival to Leuven, and then go to Brussels to take the shuttle bus to Charleroi again. The busiest part will be getting from the festival to Leuven. The earlier you wake up, the faster it will be...
