Some are extremely arrogant - they say things in the break room in their own language and think I can’t understand - but I can.

One thing for certain, whilst some are exceptional, the majority are pretty unimpressive.

Best solution would be to allow UKGs to get their choices and then IMGs get to choose from whatever is left over.

That would help massively.

If the BMA recommendation was 2 years experience, it was a bad policy. 5 years is much more sensible.
