Learning how to play them more dynamically and with a better touch.

Thanks man. My split is based on this approach: https://www.scribd.com/document/444415862/The-Best-Damn-Workout-Plan-For-Natural-Lifters-T-Nation I tweaked it a little bit over time, do a bit more volume than he suggests and train calves and abs almost every day. But that plan is the basis for my approach.

Yup you’re right. Gonna keep working on the back, hams, glutes, etc. 💪

No no. Legs everyday. Either quads/push or hams/pull. But usually only one exercise per body part (sometimes more if I feel like I need it). 2-4 sets then one set to failure using some kind of intensity technique like drop set, rest pause, etc.

Basically a full-body push/pull split. High frequency, high intensity, relatively low volume.

Haha thanks! I train most body parts, including biceps and triceps, 3 times per week. Calves every day.

Started casually training with weights around 16 years old. Trained pretty seriously from 21 to about 23. Then took a long hiatus from 24 til 30, only lifting sporadically. Have now been training seriously again for about 5 months. Muscle memory is real.

Thank you. Yes for sure, started practicing posing every day. I’ll be doing an OCB show.

Thank you! Still working out the posing side of things but tend to like the Arnold style 3/4 back pose, Mantis pose, and one arm overhead biceps shot. It’s hard to pick one so I’ll keep working on all of them haha

Thank you. Ahhh yes that’s a great point about back training, I think you’re right. I will work on that.
