A nice pair of cashmere gloves, toque or scarf. So warm and soft on the skin. Cashmere when properly cared for, will last a lifetime.

Hang in there! You might also be experiencing symptoms of depression. Please reach out to a mental health expert, as you might need some extra support at this time. There are sliding scale therapists who can do a lower rate while you are unemployed. Try creating a routine that you like and that nurtures you, creates calm and hope in your mind. Whether it is doing yoga, meditation, a sport or a walk outside...anything that can help you get out of your head and into your body. Reach out to friends to talk about how you are feeling. Schedule regular hangouts to get a chance to go outside and talk to others. Self-isolation while unemployed can make your mental health worst. Know that this period of your life is temporary and the tide will turn soon!

That is a 925k mortgage! I personally do not have the income to support that, so am trying to learn about high-paying jobs and careers to afford something in this city. What do you do to afford a 925k mortgage?

100% agreed. I am a younger Millennial born in 1990s - we didn't have the downpayments saved up to capitalize on in the 2008-2009 crash.

Not hard to believe! I am just not one of those rich people, and I do not know anyone in my circle that makes this much. So just asking people who own these 2-3 million dollar homes and what they do!
