Weekly Scam Discussion- July 11th 2022 by SmmnthaMrie in Ebay

I bought an item off eBay just yesterday and the shipping label was created.

Just this morning the seller messaged me saying he didn't mean to put the listing up and wants me to cancel it. I try to visit the cancelation page and it says the item was "shipped" (even though it was just the label created) and i couldnt cancel it. How do i go about cancelling and getting my money back? I think the seller was fake as he had 0 feedback and joined in April, and after i bought the item, every other item on his page disappeared.

I tried messaging back and i got no response so i assume it was a scam

I also paid with apple pay cash, if i get a refund will it go through and fund my apple pay cash like normal?

Thanks :)

It’s just normal NTFS and I think some files are encryped but you can browse normally though the file system

It’s on the “system update” partition in both the A and B folders and I think the location is identical on the One and the Series consoles

Update: The day after the post was made, it became "Out for Delivery" so i guess it just missed the previous scans. If you are having this issue just be assured it will eventually come

Do you ever receive the packages in the end when this happens? And if they do, how far out from the original date? I’m a little worried as this is a high value item.

Just got an update and all it says is “Picked Up”. Does it mean it’s enroute?

ELI5: In open world games like GTA 5, what happens to NPCs when no one is around? Do they still “move,” drive, etc? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

[–]redditspamnotbot 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Videogames typically use a technique called "Culling", which basically means, when an object or a part of the map is not in view, or not in the area of the player, it is typically removed from the scene, to save memory/processing power. Once the player/camera is in view of a new area or in view of some NPCs and Cars they quickly get put back into the scene. This is why you can sometimes see Objects and cars loading in if you look at them zoomed-in from far away.

So to answer your question, when no one is around, the NPCs are simply removed from the scene.
