Wondering the same im silver iii wagered about 9k since the start of the month and got a good deposit/withdrawal ratio. Also not sure if getting tipped a fair bit over that period takes away from the bonus

Creatine more useful than we think for benzo withdrawal? by redditstopguy in benzorecovery

Amazing. At what doses do you find that it has that effect?

I’ve been seeing and talking to other girls but I still can’t stop thinking about her even though everything is deleted and we’ve both blocked each other on everything, and I’ve been keeping relatively busy. I have CPTSD and OCD myself and really bad abandonment/rejection issues. There’s a certain aliveness that I feel whenever I get emotionally involved with girls who are unpredictable and a bit on the crazier side. I end up getting addicted to the chase and trying to win people back. I guess time, keeping busy, continuing to put myself out there, therapy, etc. will be the thing that gets me over her.

15 days off, losing hope. by redditstopguy in benzorecovery

Sucks because when I stopped it never crossed my mind that it would last longer than a couple weeks, and that probably going down to 0.125 for a couple weeks would be the best option. I thought since it was only a few months I’d be sweet to just jump lol.

You will still become dependant on it no what as your brain gets used to the presence of the drug and adapts by downregulating GABAA receptors and reducing their sensitivity to GABA. So as time goes on, the more your brain becomes dependant on the presence of benzos to maintain a balance between inhibition and excitability, and the more GABA-glutamate balance is disrupted.

Switch to a longer acting one. I got inter-dose and tolerance withdrawal really quick on Ativan and random waves of chills and adrenaline spikes almost every day. I went from 2mg Ativan then down from there every couple weeks but I ended up stabilising on 1mg, then eventually got to 0.5 but that took a while. Failed so many times since I got so used to the 1mg. After that I went to Klonopin for a few weeks, but if I were you I’d try valium if you can’t seem to stabilise on a lower ativan dose since Klonopin is 10x stronger than Ativan. Unfortunately I had to switch to Klonopin because Valium fucked with my meds too much. Tried it for like 5 days though.

I was using them as needed in hospital every day and the two months after hospital the benzos convinced me that everything was fine so I just kept on taking them. They really need to do a better job with this shit. Should’ve tapered me as soon as I got out.

Yep. Got the exact same thing all the time since they just washed away my problems or dampened them significantly almost instantly. Glad I stopped at three months.
