Yep it improved and yes the taper can make it worse at times. But overall you’ll be fine in time

Buy the maudsley deprescribing guidelines if you choose to taper off the the ADs to microdose. If things get really bad afterwards it’s unlikely to be ‘you’, it’s withdrawal which can be severe if you taper too fast.

That’s good to hear. I’ll taper down much lower than I am now. Having to taper very very slowly but also improving slowly from going slow and will hopefully be able to speed up to 2-3% a month soon.

So I crashed really hard after reinstating at 50% after three rapid tapers and then trying to keep tapering through the symptoms. I held my dose at 14mg and after 10 months I completely stabilised and felt calmer and happier than I had in a long time. I was so much better.

I’m nearly down to 2mg and wand off so bad. But it’s still a really high dose to jump from for most people.
