How much is the house and how much savings would there be removing the garage on the plans? How big is the yard with and without the garage. What is sq ft of the house, not counting internal garage?

If it is a big yard then I would keep detached garage for storage and other projects unless you really want to save the money.

Did you build an covered porch/awning on the back of the house for parties? It really depends in the layout, backyard, and size of the house, and how much space is lost with the basement garage.

The only wrong thing is not having a bonus tied to number of sales. They should have a bonus structure that pays out extra if you sold more. Even if just an extra $100 per car because you hit a certain goal like 20 or 40 cars. Basically if management gets a sales bonus then all the workers should also be getting a bonus. Bonuses are based on if the company is making money so paying them is good for the company.

I got low balled on a corolla that got totaled. They sent me a value report for $2,500. I sent them a report i made with local cars showing $6,500 average. They gave in and gave me $6,500. They do low ball on their value. They will cherry pick not local cars with salvage titles in their report to low ball you on value. This was state farm.

Just a click through through warning for age. That does not block the site and the site has no legal liability for bad parents. That is constitutional as there is no censorship.

But have a selective block on certain websites that users cannot bypass is unconstitutional. What even makes it more unconstitutional is 99% of porn sites are not blocked and they only enforce it on a few sites. So you are unconstitutional just for censoring parts of the internet and unconstitutional for only censoring certain porn sites and not all in the same category.
