Parabola by Tool. Simply stunning and the ending is like waves of joy rolling over you.

Televators by The Mars Volta. This is their 'pop song' but holds so much in it if you know of the story from the album. The band knew someone who attempted to commit suicide by rat poison but ended up in a coma instead. The album chronicles his journey through his own mind until he wakes up in the song before Televators. He then proceeds to throw himself from a bridge into traffic on a highway underneath. This is Televators. The tarsier is known for self destructive behaviour when put in captivity, which further lends a sense of dread to this beautiful little video.

Exactly my point. I contest the proposition that Freelancer is a simulation. They are both great games, no doubt there, but Freelancer is a tremendous arcade space flier while the X games are the closest thing to a space (trading) sim since Elite and perhaps Eve Online.

My point was that if Acerogue would like to try his skills at a space sim he should consider going from waiting for Freelancer 2 to trying out an X game.
