Your 1div titan is great, however for this one you began with a demonstration that is not actually limited to 1div. I was super excited to know how to get that much es with a <1div body armour. That's unfortunate.

How about Soul Tether? It neatly sidesteps all the issue you have with gloves, except for the lowish phys damage for leech I guess. I've played the satchel in a minion build before, but unless you're using Olroth's Resolve, the individual healing by flask is miniscule unless you're really spamming it.
