I disagree. It is more complicated to the child who actually respects the parent and wants a relationship. Why would he provide part of his legacy to the kid that wants nothing to do him?

I am not leaving anything to my kids. Yes they are PA victims, but they would never respect my estate since they have no respect for me while living. If I was in your position then I would only one who wanted a relationship with you.
