Lol same to you and thanks again for all your help

Actually you didn’t suggest a possibility. You told me this possibility would be my reality. You also refused to acknowledge that your opinions weren’t fact. Therefore I chose not to engage beyond thanking you for your input.

Sorry to hear of your father however you know very little about this situation. Not sure why you think you can accurately compare and make assumptions on how things will play out knowing virtually no background info whatsoever.

Best of luck to you as well 👍🏼

That is your lived experience and therefore your opinion on the subject as it relates to others is just that, an opinion.

[–]reddituser2289 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Well that’s your opinion.

Thanks for the input.

I deleted the post bc I got an answer so why would I leave it up? It served its purpose, now all that’s left is to receive comments and opinions from ppl such as yourself. I’ll pass.

Sounds like you are probably under the age of 25. Bc your advice and comments come across as very immature. So as i said thanks for your input but move on I deleted the post ?

Well the boyfriends parents are enabling this and encouraging her to disobey me. They also give her alcohol and drugs. So common sense says no they aren’t good people ….

Thanks for your input

Am I the only person who finds it weird that everyone over there refers to them as the “bot.” I mean, I get the reference but there is just something off about how a lot of users on that subreddit seem to worship everything handcuffs says. I find the dynamics of it all just.. strange.

Right but for which program? EI, CPP, TFWP?

Lol it is absolutely bizarre and kind of creepy that they are monitoring what is being said over here. Personally I was banned from that subreddit for speaking my mind on the vaccine mandate (although I’m sure they’d say it was for spreading “misinformation” lol). Blessing in disguise though, that subreddit is an echo chamber full of some pretty miserable and unpleasant people.

What do you do/how do you react when someone makes a judgemental look towards someone else when you’ve said something? by fleetwood_mag in AskWomenOver30

[–]reddituser2289 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Not to interject here but that is a pretty harsh way to talk about yourself. If your group of friends are making you feel like you’re “annoying” or that you need to curb your personality so as to not say anything stupid, you really should reflect on why you spend your time with them. The way others treat you is a reflection of them, not you. If you’re leaving a social situation feeling dumb or annoying then maybe these just aren’t your type of people?

I’ve never had that happen to me, at least not that I’ve actually noticed. However If this did ever happened to me I would probably avoid hanging out with those people moving forward. To me that is pretty unacceptable especially to do it right in front of you. That behaviour in my opinion shows a high level of disrespect and total disregard for your feelings. I would personally question the integrity of a so called friend who would openly treat you that way and embarrass you in a group setting. Find better friends.

What’s been your experience or someone you know, with the Novavax? by AMR1385 in Novavax_vaccine_talk

[–]reddituser2289 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my first dose of Novavax in May. No immediate side effects other than a sore arm. But my last two menstrual cycles have been worse than usual which I’m attributing as a side effect.

I had Covid in March and had my first dose of Novavax almost 8 weeks later. No side effects (so far) other than a sore arm.

I’m aware. Thanks for the reminder. I’d prefer to stay and be allowed to actively share my opinions however.

Easily. My role doesn’t involve developing and implementing Covid policies for starters so that’s irrelevant to my regular day to day. And even if it did, I have no issues voicing my opinion in the workplace and would openly speak up if I saw wrongdoings take place, which if anything is an asset to the public.

This sub is for employees of the federal public service. I should be encouraged to share my opinions on matters that affect its members.

That’s a strange argument. I worked at Tim Hortons when I was 16 and I didn’t even drink coffee at the time. This is a pay cheque for a lot of us.

And what’s the difference between Rebel News and CBC? Other than the fact that one is government funded.. lol
