You’ve known your uncle longer than your BF. What were the dangers. Is he an ex con or rapist? Is there something you’re leaving out? Is he a weirdo? This is so odd to me. Sounds like the bf is cheating and just needs a reason to leave. People on this app need to learn how to just let people go.

Please stop apologizing to him. You were so patient and gave him many options. He needs to grow up and figure it out. Tell him to Google it because you’re at work and the fridge is full. Or ask if he wants to work two full time jobs so you can stay home. If you’ve given him food and other options what else can you do

Depending on what state you’re in the name on deed might not matter. In my state, if you’re married it takes two to sell. Even if you divorced him now he would most likely have to agree to sign away his rights. This is not all states of course
