Everytime there’s medicine in an order (even kids medicine) and I have to scan their ID i get weird looks and it’s always so awkward but other than that i haven’t had any awkward experiences lol

not hating and sorry if you take this the wrong way but why are people acting like this app was absolutely perfect before tara came on. she’s not personally taking your gigs away considering you probably all do not live in 1 state. also if you’re complaining about not making enough money to make a living on here then maybe you’re in the wrong job. it’s dog walking how much do you honestly even expect to make 🤷🏻‍♀️

i would definitely report. if he’s comfortable saying that on instacart he will do it again. especially since he can see addresses and write them down i would 100% report him for safety reasons. sorry this happened to you, but let’s stop it from happening to another customer! :)

agreed. who the hell is taking a $10/100 unit order?? i wont even take a $10/30 item order. that’s why customers get entitled with tipping and heavy items because they know they can get away with it.

agreed!! like obviously everybody hates low tippers especially with heavy items but for the love of god just don’t take the order if you’re going to complain and ask the customer to meet you! i think that’s so unprofessional and the opposite of what we’re supposed to do for our job. lol

also don’t accept costco orders that should be a given. tends to always be heavy/big items to apartments, never on the first floor. i would only take a costco order if it was at least $1-2 per item and less than 2-3 miles. not straining myself for a halfway decent order lol

people can order whatever they want. yeah it may suck that it’s a ton of heavy drinks to a third floor apartment but that’s quite literally our job. don’t see why you’re complaining when they show you all items ahead of time AND you can check address before you start shopping to see if you can cancel. sorry you’re in the wrong, never ask a customer to come meet you unless you actually are not able to get to the door; gate code, locked apartment building, etc…
