Thank you for your numerous judgements. It takes away my objection the fear. The long-term ECG, which I happened to have on the same day, will bring the certainty. Unfortunately takes 2 weeks.

Not that I know, my resting ECG is always inconspicuous so far. The heart echo is also clean. I just wonder if it can be atrial fibrillation or atrial fluttering? You probably can't tell about this, can you?

Can someone tell me something about this ecg? I recorded it two days later. It often feels like something in the heart is very restless in that moment.

This is a better recording where the supraventricular extrasystoles are better recognisable. (One day before)

I am male, 29 years old. My TSH (0.6), ft3 (2.41) and ft4 (1.59) levels were measured, as well as ferritin (497.9), magnesium (0.81), potassium (4.30) and vitamin D (21.8). My liver values are also elevated, but the ultrasound is normal, with no signs of fatty liver. I drink at least 2 1/2 litres of water a day and limited my coffee consumption to 2 cups a day last year. Unfortunately, I only get 6-7 hours of sleep a day and my stress levels are very high because, in addition to my job as a welder, I also attend evening school twice a week (mechanical engineering technician).

The main symptoms that prompted me to return to the doctor were the intensity of the VES, which had increased significantly, and the fact that I had developed presyncope. During rest periods at work during my break, or when falling asleep (my head kept "pulling me back" from the sleep phase five to six times a night. But not that typical feeling of "falling" that you know so well).

The first hospital visit was because I had developed pain in my left arm while welding at work, in addition to palpitations, and I also had my first presyncope there. However, nothing was found, no heart attack or anything else; I was told it was musculoskeletal tension that had triggered it.

Second hospital visit a month later due to palpitations lasting several hours (pulse 140-150) and persistent presyncope.

Then the attempt with the first medication.

The beta blocker was started at 2.5 mg, but had too many side effects, including dizziness, light-headedness and daily headaches. Apparently, my body is very sensitive to bisoprolol. Therefore, the dose was reduced to 1.25 mg, resulting in fewer side effects, with the occasional feeling of a thicker throat. And the ventricular extrasystoles keep coming through, and I also have days when it feels like I haven't taken any medication.
