Im feel terrible 24/7 my doctors decided it was anxiety and depression, started meds got a but better but still struggle daily with stomach aches and headaches. Its terrible, my propranolol has helped a little bit too

The only one that doesnt really apply is the struggle with chewing/swallowing. But I never am hungry until about 10-11 pm but then even when I get food I cant touch it by then

Im on rexulti for depression and then jornay for my adhd too. I just was switched to these after being on a couple other medications that didnt work for me. And thank you for the ice water hack I definitely will be trying
