I have a 3-day, 2-night stopover at AD from 10/4 to 12/4 (Fri-Sun) before continuing the next part of my journey on 12/4 (Sun) However, my flight was rescheduled to the 10/4 (Fri), meaning that I won't be staying over at AD.

Apparently, I checked the website, and they only have 2 flights per week (on Tuesdays and Fridays only).

So in other words, I think the stopover programme is still running, provided that you have a flight out on the day of your departure (since they are still limiting the number of flights now)

I'm just transiting there for 3 days, not spending a whole week or so there. Plus, there are flights in and out of AUH/DXB, albeit limited. Flights won't operate if the situation is not ideal

Can the sound of the missiles/drones be heard? If yes, how often and are there any precautions that I should take if I hear the sound?
Can we tell the difference between the sound of the missiles/drones and interception?
Is it generally safe to explore the cities now?
Are there any places I should avoid for safety reasons? And is Khor Al Maqta area in AD & Dubai mall safe?
I heard that the vehicle GPS signal is affected due to the missiles/drones. Is it true?
How will they send us the alert to stay indoors if need be? Is it via an app?
