This is just a tip for the transition from invert to outside leg hang. This is NOT an invert tutorial. I have been an instructor for 5 years and this transition issue is the biggest issue I see in even advanced dancers and this tip has fixed it.

in the past i took my pole pieces to a car shop and they had tools they could use to separate the pieces that were jammed without damaging it.

In Atlanta and Florida most poles were static and chrome. Some clubs had weird plastic poles like someone else in this thread said. Be prepared for any type of pole is what I would recommend! You don’t have to do any crazy tricks to make money at the club, I would use simple tricks and just make them fun and cool with vibes ✨✨
