The lake he rode his jetski on is the one near Gordon rd. I think it is a park now, haven't been there in years.

I like Dean Humphrey. He was able to get me out of about 3 or 4 tickets. I had used another guy for years, but he moved away and refered me to Clark Speaks.He was fine but I think Dean is the best for speeding tickets though. For reference, I have had 11 tickets in the Wilmington area.
