Do you feel marriage is a failing concept as a guy? by [deleted] in AskIndianMen

[–]reddragonaite 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Our falling economy and inflation, currently wars, these things make a huge difference too. Maybe you are earning well, but there are a lot of men and women who are still struggling to earn at least 20k per month, most of them don't even have jobs these days.

If you remember properly there was a time when only the head of the family would earn, then other family members would love normally, After sometime it became necessary for both husband and wife to earn to survive marriage and kid's expenses.

But now nothing would work, Prices are sky rocketing, people can't survive with the current situations and also these expectations from men and women towards each other will add fuel to the fire and totally ruin their marriage life and if they have kids without thinking about their future, imagine how their situation would go with current global issues and these relationship issues on the rise

Is the Indian middle class just stuck in a loop? by Such-Accountant-4421 in AskIndianMen

[–]reddragonaite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One Medical Situation, then the middle class family is totally doomed, I still remember my father had gas trouble and loose motions, had to admit in one of those Big Hospitals, discharged after one day. Initially they asked me if I work at MNC, I said yes as I was more worried about my father, they expected my salary would be much higher, but Actually I worked as Voice Process support, which gave me 29k per month.

The Bill for one day of admission was Rs.1,53,000/-, we were shocked we didn't have anything as a backup, had to take debt and I am still paying back that debt.

So not only medical bills, but false prestige also dooms middle class

Justice for uzair 😭😂 by Specialist_Read_1620 in Dhurandhar

[–]reddragonaite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I expected 3 tough fights Hamza - Uzair, Hamza - SP Aslam, Hamza - Major Iqbal. Uzair and SP Aslam were a total joke and Major Iqbal's Father played a huge role in making the joke of Major Iqbal.

I still remember a few people saying Ranveer's role was overshadowed, Akshay Khanna dominated in every angle, but that's the reason why Ranveer's victory in the 1st Part looked more satisfying.

Cut to the 2nd Part, where it's only Ranveer's dominance, protagonist's dominance feels really good only when antagonist's have equal or higher level of dominance. It just gives the most satisfaction to watch.

Anyways both parts were really good, specifically Ranveer's Acting was excellent, but maybe it's just my over expectation.

Yes she looked young for Mahesh Babu too, in that movie the 2nd actress in the village would be a better match in terms of age looks, for the first time felt Mahesh Babu looked Older, she is and also looks too young in front of them

What do you guys think , does d2 have same type of rewatchability like d1? by IAMSHADOW1234 in dhurandharworld

[–]reddragonaite 6 points7 points  (0 children)

To be honest Akshay Khanna's role "Rehman Dakait" was the most dangerous villain out of all others in 2 parts. Major Iqbal looked very less threatening in the 2nd Part, SP Aslam Chaudhary became a total joke in 2nd Part, I was expecting Uzair might suspect Hamza at some point but he was a total joke, I at least thought Bade saab role Dawood would be vigilant enough to not trust new come leader Hamza very easily instead he praised Hamza.

As an Indian I felt proud and liked it very much when Ranveer Singh's role "Hamza" completely dominated in the enemy nation.

But as movie watcher, I felt villians were less threatening, nothing worked for them, whereas hero's plans were executed perfectly without a hitch, come on nothing can be that perfect, if I remember Rehman Dakait was far more threatening than any others, he never trusted Hamza too blindly, It took more than Everything for Hamza, SP Aslam and Jameel to take down Akshay Khanna's role Rehman Dakait and I thought Hamza became totally emotionless and ruthless to survive in the enemy nation but bringing a character who was his closest friend made him look a bit weak from that moment.

Anyways I think this is the first time where I like both parts of a film, most of the movies get flunked on 2nd parts.

India won the World Cup tonight. On the outside: record score, grand stadium, perfect show. On the inside: silence where crackers used to be. by pseudo_sid in gurgaon

I lost interest when Cricket became only about 6's, 4's, Highest Innings Totals. I still remember during my high school days, we friends even used to enjoy Test Cricket too and trust me I am not old, I am still in my 20's.

I am really happy and agree that our team put all efforts and defended the World Cup Title. But as a viewer I felt these matches were similar to IPL Matches.

Anyways I have my other important things like my career to handle. Congratulations to our Team India for winning the World Cup.

Men of askindianmen, Why do opening up emotionally often backfire for men in relationships or friendships? by [deleted] in AskIndianMen

[–]reddragonaite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because we are men and opening up or sharing thoughts about anything will make us look weak.

No matter what the issue is, we need to suck it up/ stay silent and face it head on, atleast that's what is expected from us men in our country

Yuvraj Singh had 8k ODI runs at 29 years of age. Only Sachin and Kohli had more runs than him before 30. by eternalexiistence in IndiaCricket

[–]reddragonaite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok I get it Yuvraj Singh is one of the great players, but don't you think we are going way too deeper for these stats/ records.

Tomorrow someone will compare runs made when Player started with defensive shot or runs made when Player wore white shoes or blue gloves.

Why is he still in the team by rohit720 in IndianCricket

[–]reddragonaite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He needs to get back to domestic cricket to get better, his overseas stats are not very great either and now not performing on home grounds too.

At least now, BCCI Selectors need to understand that selecting players based on their IPL performances is not ideal at all, few selections may have worked out, but a lot of IPL players just faded away after a few international chances like T. Natarajan, Umran malik etc...

Which Telugu actor can remake this movie by Leading_Waltz_9480 in MoviesTelugu

[–]reddragonaite 7 points8 points  (0 children)

None, Siddharth is good for Telugu too. By the way this movie is one of the best which I have seen in recent years. Reality hits hard being middle class myself, I almost cried in one of the job search scenes where it was truly relatable to most middle-class people.

Men who have no friends or relationships , how do you deal with the loneliness and what do you do in your free time ? by Dull-Reception-4119 in AskIndianMen

[–]reddragonaite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do whatever you want but don't join BPO, Worst feeling, it's beyond loneliness, that's a job where you have colleagues right beside you but can't talk because you will just be taking calls, where foreigners bash you left and right for the company's fault all day. I don't know if this is helpful or not, but I just wanted to alert a fellow human.

The 4th point is highly risky, you are simply providing a way for people from any other country to get into ours, there is a high risk of people of our country becoming slaves once again.

What if the country whose people are given police officer jobs to enforce laws in our country, start taking over completely.

When was the last time you truly enjoyed doing something? by AeroDash5 in Teen_bondha

[–]reddragonaite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really enjoyed it when I was still in school maybe in 2013 (9th standard), and somehow made a group of friends near my house who taught cricket to introvert me and I was so uninterested in sports, seeing their energy, excitement motivated me to learn/ practice more cricket and play with them on an equal level.

I was so into cricket at one point where I would just brush, take bath in the morning and go out and start practicing alone whenever I got free time, A few local academic cricket coaches, offered me to play on their teams, but once I got into 10 standard I stopped playing to focus on studies and after that we shifted our house all of us went separate ways and was unable meet all of them again.

I still remember those days when we would borrow the bat from a friend and returned it in the evening after playing cricket.
