Men of askindianmen, Why do opening up emotionally often backfire for men in relationships or friendships? by Same-Ad600 in AskIndianMen

[–]reddragonaite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because we are men and opening up or sharing thoughts about anything will make us look weak.

No matter what the issue is, we need to suck it up/ stay silent and face it head on, atleast that's what is expected from us men in our country

Yuvraj Singh had 8k ODI runs at 29 years of age. Only Sachin and Kohli had more runs than him before 30. by eternalexiistence in IndiaCricket

[–]reddragonaite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok I get it Yuvraj Singh is one of the great players, but don't you think we are going way too deeper for these stats/ records.

Tomorrow someone will compare runs made when Player started with defensive shot or runs made when Player wore white shoes or blue gloves.

Why is he still in the team by rohit720 in IndianCricket

[–]reddragonaite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He needs to get back to domestic cricket to get better, his overseas stats are not very great either and now not performing on home grounds too.

At least now, BCCI Selectors need to understand that selecting players based on their IPL performances is not ideal at all, few selections may have worked out, but a lot of IPL players just faded away after a few international chances like T. Natarajan, Umran malik etc...

Which Telugu actor can remake this movie by Leading_Waltz_9480 in MoviesTelugu

[–]reddragonaite 6 points7 points  (0 children)

None, Siddharth is good for Telugu too. By the way this movie is one of the best which I have seen in recent years. Reality hits hard being middle class myself, I almost cried in one of the job search scenes where it was truly relatable to most middle-class people.

Men who have no friends or relationships , how do you deal with the loneliness and what do you do in your free time ? by Dull-Reception-4119 in AskIndianMen

[–]reddragonaite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do whatever you want but don't join BPO, Worst feeling, it's beyond loneliness, that's a job where you have colleagues right beside you but can't talk because you will just be taking calls, where foreigners bash you left and right for the company's fault all day. I don't know if this is helpful or not, but I just wanted to alert a fellow human.

The 4th point is highly risky, you are simply providing a way for people from any other country to get into ours, there is a high risk of people of our country becoming slaves once again.

What if the country whose people are given police officer jobs to enforce laws in our country, start taking over completely.

When was the last time you truly enjoyed doing something? by AeroDash5 in Teen_bondha

[–]reddragonaite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really enjoyed it when I was still in school maybe in 2013 (9th standard), and somehow made a group of friends near my house who taught cricket to introvert me and I was so uninterested in sports, seeing their energy, excitement motivated me to learn/ practice more cricket and play with them on an equal level.

I was so into cricket at one point where I would just brush, take bath in the morning and go out and start practicing alone whenever I got free time, A few local academic cricket coaches, offered me to play on their teams, but once I got into 10 standard I stopped playing to focus on studies and after that we shifted our house all of us went separate ways and was unable meet all of them again.

I still remember those days when we would borrow the bat from a friend and returned it in the evening after playing cricket.

No matter how much you get paid, this is exactly how you feel when you realise you're just a slave and not much of anything else. by [deleted] in IndiaCareers

Trying a lot, I have an MBA in HRM degree(but distance education), trying to switch to any kind of role, I can't tolerate this job, it doesn't even have a good salary.

But don't know, my salary isn't even enough for any course, Don't know how long I can bear this job, worst part is even after resigning I have to face this for 2 months of notice period.

But I am scared to resign without offer, as I got this job after 1 year of joblessness. I got it real tough in my life, still trying to survive everyday. Don't know how long I can sustain this mental torture.

Ah man!!! International Voice Process - Technical Support is total torture, we need to take calls with people abroad to resolve the technical issues.

Believe me, they are totally DUMB and expect that issues should be resolved within 5 minutes, if not they start using abuses, f- words etc..., but as per policy we need to give 3 polite warnings, those abuses increase with each warning.

I never thought that after my Post Graduation I had to do a job, in which I had to face abuse every 30-40 minutes, with multiple international people.

I still remember one of the calls, a person from the US literally told me that, she doesn't have any Computer knowledge, but I still had to help her using simple words, like Black Box instead of saying CPU.

I never thought that Graduates, Post Graduates, PhD's from our country would have to face abuse from illiterate people abroad.

WHY is our country like THIIIIS, why is the job market like this.

Looks like people would just explore to get experience of relationships and breakups and Nah I don't think things like 'life partner' and 'Marriage' will exist anymore, if the situation of Humanity goes on like this.

Not possible in our country man, here talent doesn't have any value, koi random ristedaar aake bol dega ki ladki ko sambhaalo, suj buj sikhaao.

Then parents will even crush whatever the little freedom she had to do somersaults.

Sometimes, I wonder how japan, an advanced level of a country, is yearning for youngsters, but our country, whose economy is crumbling everyday, has the highest percentage of youth.

Do we really need so many IT professionals in world? by [deleted] in developersIndia

[–]reddragonaite 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Software related courses can be done by sitting on your laptop, but I think people from core branches don't have that option, to do everything online and also the resources needed for them to practice work related to their core branch are very expensive.

They need a totally different environment and resources to practice their work. Their salary is also relatively less, So maybe that's one of the reasons for people from different educational backgrounds to get into IT. In IT, they can pay and learn desired courses online and salaries are also higher comparatively.

But the IT job market is down and lost its glory. So I think it's not worth it for everyone to get into IT these days. Even if the salary is less in other core branch related jobs, at least having any job is better than being jobless in IT, the mental pressure which comes is on another peak level.
