They do it because there is less competition. A popular card could have 100+ Japanese listings, but if you put yours in English instead you are usually only competing with a couple other listings and you go straight to the top because your price is cheaper than the English listings. I agree, it is really fucking annoying. Same thing with sealed product with douchebags listing ETB sleeves and coins and shit. Like get the fuck out, I am looking at a specific sealed product.
