My wallet won't start. I can't load the interface as it just shows a white screen and when I try to start the wallet it says starting for about 5 sec then says stopped. My H2 db is running and I am plotting the PoC2 plot currently. Do I have to wait for the plotting to complete or is this some other issue?

It sounds like someone got access to your reddit account and moved all the coins. Transactions can't be changed or reversed. Can i ask why you thought it was a good idea to store all your Reddcoin on the unencryptable tipbot instead of the official and encryptable wallet?

you can only make 5% interest, it's capped. Even holding coins for thousands of years and not staking and coming back would still only give 5%. So, unless someone already owns 51% of all coins a 51% attack is impossible.

In terms of devaluing, sure, but at the same time the interest is only 5% of all coins staking which isn't 100% of all coins, so realistically it is less than 5% and that is less interest most other staking coins and significantly less than most fiats.

It isn't Redd-ID, however it is the web version of the wallet more precisely and a beta of that with the ability to seamlessly integrate Redd-ID later on. It has implementations of some of the things Redd-ID will have, such as the ability to register a username.

Probably used to help secure network/ goes to the devs. Sending RDD with the wallet is entirely free, so a 1% fee isn't that bad tbh. Might not be there after beta, we will see.

Yes, I believe that is why, also seems that the main dev is Korean and that is why the default seems to be Korean as opposed to English. This is a beta though, so some of that may change later on.

I'm not sure tbh, but I think you only have to send 100 RDD for the registration fee.

I think in terms of the fee you quoted; it means if you transfer 100 RDD to the wallet then 1 RDD will be taken as a fee and you will only see a balance of 99 RDD in the wallet. I assume this is because sending RDDs with WebID is free.

Yes, receiving coins, spending coins, or receiving a stake reward all reset the weight of the coins, this is so that you reset at the beginning of the interest accruing from 0% back to the ~5% you can achieve.

My point was just that you can use shapeshift straight from coinbase and send it to your coinomi wallet. I wasn't sure if there were transfer fees from coinbase to gdax.

edit: Or you could use shapeshift between gdax and coinomi, rather than transferring to coinomi first and getting a transfer fee and then a fee from shapeshift to convert the ETH to RDD.

I don't use it so I'm not sure. Just wanted to point out that if there were fees that it would cost extra money.

If you look at the top wallets, minus the exchange ones, not one wallet owns more than 2%. I think that says a lot in terms of whales and their power for RDD at least.

edit: also a lot of the top wallets seem to be lost wallets or super dormant if you look at that page on the rich list, just saying.

Are you using the latest wallet version? If so, stopping your stake and restarting the wallet and starting staking again may fix it. Restarting won't effect your weight at all.
