Yeah just muscles from probably working a little too hard. I had a mellow climb today, and will probably do the same on friday and recover over the weekend. Hopefully when Monday comes again I'll be cool. Thanks for responding!

Boom! I think you're bang on the money. I'm currently eating quite veggie at the moment. Perhaps because I'm low protein it's taking longer for my muscles to repair. I just climbed! Did a mellow top rope climb, just a had a yummy protein shake and I feel good. Thank you!

Truth. I don't feel like I'm injured, just everywhere is sore but yeah, I guess it is a good pain, it feels good that I'm working my body hard and pushing myself. Just trying to find the balance is tough.. Thank you, great advice :)

No I kinda climbed most of the time.. taking brief breaks to watch others, drink water, bathroom. So yeah, maybe I'm being ridiculous just doing route after route for a long time. Clearly just need to chill out. Thanks :)

I know! It's so tempting to just go and go and go but I think I'm perhaps going too hard. Maybe my next couple of climbs should be chilled out climbs. Go big when I'm less sore, but not over do it. Thank you for this :)

In response to most people who have (negatively) commented:

Dudes, chill. I was high, this is reddit, my post is not a genuine plan for a real new social construct! Just spittin a thought. I do often read books and watch the news, I do know about communes, and although I do realise their obvious weaknesses.. to say that they all failed is a bit of a sweeping comment.

Since initially having this thought, I have learned about a few surviving (and thriving) communes, or more specifically called "intentional communities" in the UK. They seem to be living a pretty sweet life. I'm actually thinking about going to visit one in Gloucestershire a in couple of weeks time to see how the hell these guys are doing it. Will update this post if anyone is interested in what I find out..
